Employees who like to get things done

Royal A-ware is always on the move and no day is the same for us! This is reflected in our 3,000 employees. We love tackling problems, with entrepreneurship being key, and we are always looking for opportunities for growth and investment. We are proactive, decisive and courageous.

Our lines are short, meaning decisions can be made quickly. There is a pleasant working atmosphere and we give employees the freedom to do their work themselves within their own areas of responsibility. Everyone gets the opportunity to develop further.

Our ambition and goals

It's our ambition to create an environment where people can continue to work happily and safely towards a successful company and their own development. Our goals:

Development employees

  • Annually: 100% of our employees have a FIT interview at least once a year + development goals.

Safety and health

  • Annually: zero accidents.
  • Annually: sick leave levels equal to or lower than Industry sector average.

Diversity and exclusivity

  • 2023: drawing up an action plan to implement the Ingrowth Quotaand Targets Act.
