Family businesses Olympia and Royal A-ware join forces

Acquisition of Olympia shares by Royal A-ware approved by BMA

Royal A-ware will take over the shares of the family business in dairy Olympia. Olympia will thus become part of the Royal A-ware group. The families behind the dairies have reached an agreement on this and their plan has been approved by the Belgian Competition Authority (BMA).

About Olympia
Olympia produces a wide range of products: milk, milk concentrate, fresh and long-life cream, butter, desserts, base for ice cream preparations, etc. Milk is collected daily from the provinces of Flemish and Walloon Brabant, East Flanders, Hainaut and Namur.
