Royal A-ware and Hoogwegt are going to cooperate intensively for the sale of milk powders and cream that Royal A-ware produces in Aalter (Belgium). Both parties concluded a long-term partnership agreement at the end of December. The cooperation strengthens the core activities of both family businesses.

The cooperation with Royal A-ware offers Hoogwegt a solid basis to ensure a reliable supply of high-quality milk powders and cream to its customers. 'We are very happy with this cooperation,' says Patrick van Leuven, managing director of Hoogwegt International. With this, Hoogwegt can offer its customers in and outside Europe a stable source of these milk products. We already knew the milk powders from Aalter very well. In the future, we will further develop the product portfolio together with Royal A-ware,' he concludes.

Royal A-ware started producing milk powder and cream in Aalter in November 2021. 'Hoogwegt is a large family business with similar genes to Royal A-ware. Thanks to this long-term cooperation, we can also make use of their years of experience and expertise when it comes to selling milk products and we have direct access to their global network. This fits in with Royal A-ware's strategy to grow with long-term partnerships," said Jan Anker, CEO of Royal A-ware.
