Royal A-ware publishes annual report 2024 and has first with auditor's report on sustainability report

Royal A-ware has published its annual report for 2024. The report explains the financial results of the past year as well as the company's progress on sustainability. This makes Royal A-ware the first dairy producer in the Netherlands with an auditor's report on its sustainability reporting in accordance with the new European guidelines (CSRD).

Royal A-ware further expands operations with new food service division

The international family-owned company Royal A-ware is further expanding its operations and introducing a new division focused on the out-of-home food market. The new division named A-ware @Foodservice will offer dairy and other food products to hospitality and catering companies, among others.

Royal A-ware first Dutch family-run dairy company with SBTi approval

The emission targets set by Royal A-ware in 2023 have been approved by the Science Based Target initiative (SBTi). This confirms that the targets comply with and contribute to the Paris climate agreement. Royal A-ware is the first Dutch family-run dairy company whose emission targets have been scientifically and independently assessed. The approval is not only an important confirmation for the dairy producer, but also for the customers A-ware supplies worldwide.

Lopik, September 11, 2024 | In 2023, Royal A-ware Food Group achieved a net group result of €81.8 million with a turnover of €3.3 billion. This represents a 2.1% increase in revenue compared to 2022.

Royal A-ware to acquire The Dairy Food Group

Royal A-ware Food Group is planning to acquire Belgian family concern The Dairy Food Group. This includes the BMC (Belgian Milk Company) daily milk collection round as well as the companies Eurodesserts, Limelco, Incopack and Incorock. The proposed acquisition was reported to the European Commission on July 9, 2024.
