Berg Agri strengthens Dairy Academy Belgium

Berg Agri is to become the new knowledge partner of Dairy Academy Belgium, Royal A-ware’s exclusive knowledge platform for dairy farmers. Through this partnership, Dairy Academy in Belgium is strengthening its knowledge offering in the areas of barn bedding, cow comfort and animal health. In doing so, both organisations are responding to the growing demand from dairy farmers for practical knowledge that contributes to cow comfort and a more profitable dairy farm.

Together with four dairy producers – EMP Milchhof Prenzlau GmbH, NordseeMilch eG, Royal A-ware and Molkerei Gropper GmbH & Co. KG – EDEKA is developing a standardised, transparent and scalable system to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

Marit van Egmond joins Supervisory Board of Royal A-ware

International dairy producer Royal A-ware announces that Marit van Egmond has joined its Supervisory Board. Marit van Egmond worked at Ahold Delhaize for over 25 years, the last 6.5 of which as CEO of the Albert Heijn supermarket chain, the Etos drugstore chain and the Gall & Gall liquor store chain. During that period, she achieved significant growth for the company through a strong focus on private label, digitisation, acquisitions and new partnerships.

Change in chairmanship of Royal A-ware Supervisory Board

International dairy producer Royal A-ware announces a change in the chairmanship of its Supervisory Board. Piet van Schijndel will hand over the chairmanship to Bas Alblas, who has been a member of the Supervisory Board at Royal A-ware since 2021, with effect from 1 October 2025.
