Koninklijke A-ware Food Group B.V., hereafter referred to as ‘Royal A-ware’, respects your privacy and ensures that your personal details are handled and secured with the utmost care. By means of this privacy statement, we would like to provide information on how we gather, use, and protect the personal details we receive when you visit our website or contact Royal A-ware. Royal A-ware is entitled to modify the contents of the privacy statement without informing the visitor. The information on this website will be updated in such case. In light of this, you are advised to regularly consult this privacy statement.

details and purposes

If you:

ask a question via the questionnaire or are interested in Royal A-ware's products, you will be asked to provide your first name, surname, and e-mail address so that Royal A-ware can contact you in order to respond to your question and/or comment or to provide you with information on Royal A-ware's products.

are a dairy farmer and indicate on the contact form for dairy farmers that you are interested in supplying milk to Royal A-ware, you will be asked to provide the following details:

1. Personal details such as your first name and surname, e-mail address, and home and mobile phone number
2. Demographic information, including your gender and location (postcode and town/city)
3. Information regarding your dairy farm, including your current milk production and buyer.

This information will be used to contact you, usually by telephone, in order to discuss the possibilities for collaboration between your business and Royal A-ware.


Parties who may access your details

For the purposes above, Royal A-ware can share or forward your personal details or otherwise make your personal details available to legal entities with which Royal A-ware forms a group in the sense of Book 2 Article 24b of the Dutch Civil Code. Royal A-ware will not supply your details to third parties unless it is legally obliged to do so, or if Royal A-ware judges in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary in order to comply with legal procedures or to respond to any claims.



Royal A-ware ensures that your personal details benefit from an adequate level of security that protects them from unauthorised use, unauthorised access, modifications, and unlawful destruction.
Royal A-ware will not retain your details for longer than is necessary to achieve the aforementioned purpose, taking account of our need to answer questions and resolve problems; improve services and offer news services; and comply with legal regulations. This means that we may retain your details for a reasonable period after your last interaction with Royal A-ware. If the details we gather are no longer required, we will delete or destroy them in a secure manner.

Access, correction, and deletion

Royal A-ware will respond to your request within four weeks. If you submit such a request, Royal A-ware will delete the relevant details as quickly as possible unless and in so far as the law requires us to save the relevant details.
